I’ve been at Cortland for about 6 months and so far I have no complaints. The community is quiet, clean, respectful, and has everything you need within walking distance. I absolutely love it here and as a single woman I feel very safe. The team is so welcoming and quick to address anything that comes up. 100% recommend.

Peaceful

Cortland Scottsdale Mountain has been a wonderful place to live for the last year. The units are updated and clean, the location is convenient while still maintaining a quiet peacefulness, and the dog park on-site has been a game changer for my yellow labrador with endless energy! The biggest difference between Cortland Scottsdale Mountain and my previous apartment homes, however, is the maintenance team. When my AC device died one evening in the middle of summer last year, Mike arrived within... 30 minutes and had it fixed within an hour. This was shocking and so appreciated, especially considering it was an after-hours request. Mike also replaced a broken garbage disposal, fixed a clogged washing machine, a broken balcony door, and a squeaky ceiling fan within less than 24 hours of my maintenance request submissions. An absolutely excellent team that makes me feel even better about choosing Cortland as my home.
