There's two rooms, kitchen/living room very small and a bedroom. The outside ameneties are a heated pool, rec room with lots of happenings for elderly people, bingo lunches, ect. The apartment is a one person apartment and the complex is called the Orchard for it's many "free Fruit" trees that renters are allowed to pick. It's also close to a pharmacy, grocery store, convenience store,99 cent store, a thrift store a Wendy's so the older people have everything they need close to them. It's fair... living and comfortable enough for one although we do have couples that live together.
