Horrible place. Maintenance is slow to respond to repair needs went 2 months without a working dishwasher. Was promised a new stove and refrigerator when we resigned our lease only to have them deny we we were promised that. Made complaints about neighbors smoking pot on their patio and the smell coming in our apartment even providing video of them doing in and the office does nothing about it

Have lived here for 6 years and it keeps getting worse. Gates keep breaking and they do bare minimum to fix them. We have naked people coming onto the property and coming after people on their morning walks. When the office was notified they didn't care just gave a phone number for security that is never on the property. On top of that they increased the rent by $300 a month and gave us nothing for it.

I've lived at this complex for years and they have finally driven me out. It's AWFUL. They front staff (most of whom are new every single time I step into the front office) are incompetent and unprofessional, "manager" Katina being the worst of them. They look for any reason to charge you extra, including sending you a lease renewal late so that now you owe late fees on your rent! Well, now I'm not signing it and I'm getting OUT. Maintenance is an absolute joke. Several times someone has... responded to "fix" a problem and nothing really done. That's if they come. I will be renewing my lease soon for the 4th time soon! We love this place we call "home" Thanks to the wonderful staff for always being there for me, it means a lot to have such caring individuals! I would recommend this community to anyone young or old that wants a great environment to be yourself, enjoy being with loved ones and meeting a lot of very nice people!
