The property has security cameras at each entry and exit point and in the backyard for insurance purposes. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 7 AM, and any disturbances will incur a $500 Quiet Time Violation Fee. Check-in is at 4 PM, and late check-out will result in a $100 fee for every additional hour. A $250 fee will be applied for clogging the sink with solid food or oil. Please avoid overloading the washer and dryer, and do not use the steam function in the dryer.
