The apartment features a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and a 55" smart TV, a second bedroom with a queen bed and TV, and a third bedroom with a queen bed and desk. The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances, including a drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, cooking essentials, silverware, and dishware. A fully stocked laundry room with a washer, dryer, clothing detergent, iron, and ironing board is available. The home is under surveillance, and a dedicated personal door code will be provided 24 hours prior to check-in, which is between 4-6pm AZ time. No smoking, no parties or events are allowed. The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation. A decibel monitoring system is in place to ensure noise levels remain reasonable, as excessive outdoor noise is prohibited by the City of Phoenix.
