Lease Duration:

Due Date: Rent and all other accrued charges are due and payable by 5:00 p.m. on the 1st day of each month.
Late Charges: A late charge of $10 per day will be added to all rent not received by the 5th of the month.
Total Deposit: The total deposit required is $1300. This includes a $1050 general security deposit and a $250 mandatory cleaning deposit.
Utility Costs:
Tenants pay for their own utility costs (details on which utilities are the tenant's to cover will be specified in the full lease agreement).
