Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Maximum of two pets allowed with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays.
