All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking. Your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 Nights: additional $25/night, 8-29 Nights: additional $200, 30+ Nights: additional $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Noise monitors are installed in the unit (it does not record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am everyday. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. No parties or events or gatherings are allowed. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions. The parking pass needs to be printed, and we do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys: $500. Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in or check-out at a fee of $25/hour. You must message us 24 hours beforehand to see if we can authorize this request. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee, no exceptions. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you. Regular pest control is conducted at the property to ensure a comfortable stay. However, due to seasonal changes and the hot summer heat, you may occasionally notice a few small bugs, such as ants. This is completely normal, and we will address any issues promptly.
