We walked in thinking it was just going to be another info session with a disinterested leasing agent! WOW...were we wrong, this complex was the first on our list of 4 appointments today, but Lisa our leasing agent welcomed us with her amazing personality and beautiful smile! She is extremely professional and an amazing listener and communicator! Yes we loved the place, of course, by the experience we had with Lisa closed the deal!!

AWFUL. As stated in previous reviews from others, don't fall for the PAID 5 star reviews. Acero literally sends out emails to residents offering incentives to provide these 5 star reviews. The place looks spectacular but like most, I was fooled. The floors are all paper thin "Hard Wood", you can hear every footstep, chair move, and fork drop from your upstairs neighbors. Move to a top floor, you'll still hear every conversation your downstairs neighbors have as well as their dogs barking, doors… slamming, etc. The staff puts on a nice front but when its time to get down to business they lack professionalism and timeliness. The parking situation lacks management and the spaces are WAY to small even for regular sized vehicles and your vehicle will be damaged. When it's time to move out, kiss your deposit goodbye as it will be sucked up into a cleaning fee and carpet cleaning fee even when the apartment was meticulously maintained and cleaned spotless prior to move out. Thinking about hanging something on the wall? DONT. The paint is so thin you can't even tape up a single photo without it ripping off the paint. Luckily maintenance is very nice and will bring you a small can of paint for touch ups to help avoid repair costs. This place is nothing but a headache whether it be management, neighbors, parking, or security. Don't waste your time and money. There is plenty of other well managed properties in this area. I like the place except for all the noisy kids running around,riding scooters, yelling and screaming unsupervised, stomping up and down stairs until late hours every dang day. I thought Cave Creek was supposed to be quiet...that's why I moved here. Other than that the place is good. Management needs to look and see the property in evenings to see how loud it is. I have nothing against kids playing and socializing and not being cooped up inside but there comes a point in which it is too much and… too often and too loud. Read More

The apartment itself it beautiful. We but there is no real security (only during the day not on site) and weve had been robbed twice and the cops even told us they weren’t surprised. There has been multiple issues for such a strict, expensive complex. Super disappointed and I do not feel safe here
