Great place to live!

I am going on 2 years at Bella Vista and really love! Dog friendly, great staff, any repairs get done asap!

Wonderful Community

Wonderful community that is dog friendly! The office has been incredibly helpful all day everyday. The pools are well kept. Living by Northern is pretty noisy but that is to be expected. But overall my experience within the last year at the property has been nothing but great!

All around great!

What a great place and great experience.
Such a quiet neighborhood and great location. Roman was a good facilitator and the application process and move in went well.

Great place to live

Incredible response from maintenance dept even about small issues. Management always friendly interested and just downright kind. We are older and electronically challenged and ALL front office staff have helped us with that issue apartment floor plan great plenty of storage etc love it here neighbors are lovely too

Love it!!!

My boyfriend and I were looking forever for our 1st place and finally when we met Gima, we knew we hit the jackpot!
She is the sweetest, most helpful person. The staff are so quick to answer any questions and we are just so in love with our new place. Everything about the area is BEAUTIFUL ! The scenery, shopping/restaurants near by, the freeway being so close, as well as all the gorgeous amenities and hiking points. We are just so in love with Bella Vista and truly believe we made the perfect… choice for us. Thank you Gima for all your help you’re the best and have a beautiful personality!
