Cielo Apartments

The manager of this place is a truly evil person. My husband and I have consistently tried to contact the office (emails not replied to, calls not returned or answered), and have physically walked to to the office to speak with someone only to find it locked and empty. We have struggled financially, but have done our best to comply and communicate with the management of Cielo. After being evicted, the manager openly mocked me and called me a liar in front of the constable. This was incredibly... disrespectful and extremely unprofessional behavior, and furthermore she blatantly avoided answering or taking any responsibility for the lack of phone or email communication (and I have the phone logs and backed up emails for weeks to prove it). From month to month, Cielo has failed to meet its promises and has proven that management cares more about $$$ than its tenants. Trust and believe that this place will drain more than just your wallet, you will be empty of life after leaving this place. I'm going to complete my year living here! When there was Reina who administered worried about the residents but now with the

New administration they don't even take your requirements into account. I have a two-bedroom apartment. One of the rooms could never be used because my son was the one who slept there and during the summer the air conditioning never worked. They tried to fix the system a couple of times but they never managed to do anything to make it work and their answer was "to buy... something to cool the room or simply not use it"

Apartments that constantly have problems with hot water

The neighbors in the back don't know what condition their house is in but I don't think it cleans because for a couple of months now the issue of cockroaches has been another problem they never fumigate!

Dog poop all over the complex.

In the complex there are washing machines and they generally never serve in addition to the fact that other residents have put their clothes in our washing machine or dryer in use.

The gym of the year lasted practically all year closed!

PLEASE, IF YOU WANT PEACE, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO HAVE IT.!!!

I been here over a year and never had a big issue if it was an issue the maintenance team resolved it right away I am Satisfied to be here at Cielo Apartment, However I wish it was a gated community it will make it more safe for the tenants here

Moved in and a couple things weren’t working. Went down to the office and the ladies at the front guided or fixed the issues within a day or two. Awesome to see!

It started off really good and then within two days of moving I had roaches. Hadn’t even cooked or did anything to make them come, so that was unsettling. Took three pest control requests for them to actually come, not that it did anything because the roaches appeared again. I was afraid to have guests because of this. There would be random water shutoffs with no notice or the notice would come after the water had already been shut off..gee thanks. if you can get past the roaches or maybe you... get lucky and they don’t come then it’s a decent place to live. However it’s pet friendly and there’s a few tenants with dogs that bark a lot so if you’re working from home this might not be good for you. The staff is nice and I don’t blame them for the issues but this place needs pest control badly and maybe tenants that are more considerate with their animals. Read More
