Don’t do it to yourself

Roaches, no security, gate entrance always broken,homeless people every were,office staff worthless,broken appliances, maintenance is useless, dirty grounds

Not so great

If you want to live in an apartment that has air conditioning when it is hot outside this is not the place. The turn off the air conditioning, why when we pay our own electricity? Living in the desert you should be able to use air conditioning when you need it. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Its loud outside with kids yelling, adults yelling and pulling guns and making problems. But I can understand adults getting mad the heat will do it to you when there is no air conditioning. The kids throw rocks in… the pool throw anything they can. Only move here if noise and heat do not bother you.

No Space at all

There are no words to describe how much you LOSE living in one of these studios, your bathroom is the size of the walk in closet..and thats the shower and toilet itself, your closet IS NOT WALK IN.

You cannot Fit ANY Furniture in the SMALL space to live near the extremely less than limited kitchen.
The Poor excuse of the kitchen.. its THE EXACT SAME SIZE OF THE CLOSET half of the entry to the bathroom. you have NO ROOM FOR ANYTHING. YOU ONLY GET 2 BURNERS!! ONLY TWO!! THERE.IS.NO.OVEN.
You… will not be cooking /Warming Anything unless its canned foods.. smh.

A/C always going out

Lived here for 6 months air conditioning has gone out 4 times with 100 temps ... UNACCEPTABLE. The management may or may not care but the owner's for sure could care less. I'm sure they will reply to this post with positive feedback. As if they are really concerned but it is all just a show. If you are reading this then just know that once you sign that lease agreement you are on your own. I would suggest investing in a few large? fans. The A/C is not the only problem with this place there's… cat's and cat poop everywhere , bugs and bums roaming around. I can deal with all that but I can't function when my apartment is 109° for over 24hrs. This review was posted on 8/8/2017 not three years? ago.

WORST PLACE EVER

If you like bugs, cat poop and the Air Conditioning going out once a week, then you have found your dream apartment. The staff could care less about you or your feedback. It's 105° right now and when I got home from work, I found a note taped to my door that the A/C is out of service until tomorrow or longer. I can get past the bad area and the even the cat poop (that's all over the ground). But I can not sit , eat or sleep with no A/C in the middle of summer. They do these things because most… people that live here are low income. So they seem to feel that they can do whatever? they want and we just have to take it and accept it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
