    Quiet and I enjoyed my stay- studio

    For the price, with all utilities included and a refrigerator- I was pretty happy with my stay. The office managers were nice, respond quickly, including maintenance. Walls can feel thin, but they’re really not bad. Stayed here while a student at the recording conservatory, and it was good to find a place with a lease that was less than a year that didn’t charge extra. Never had to fight for the laundry machine. Never had to struggle with parking. Never felt scared at night walking around. As a… single female, that was important to me. I only had one issue with bugs - termite hole in the wall. Maintenance came straightaway to spray the stuff and seal it up. Didn’t have any issues after it.
