Unsafe property

Since I moved in 4 months ago there has been a trench 3ft wide and 3ft deep going across parking lot. It was covered by 1/4 in plywood and not secured. Recently my car fell through the plywood damaging the under carriage of my vehicle. When I told management they refused to take responsibility. However they properly covered the trench the next day, basically admitting guilt. They run the whole property this way and I would rather live on the streets then deal with a property managed by asset... living!
