Amazing 1 bedroom

Love the 1 bedroom remodel, the property looks clean and very nice. the gym is big and told me they are adding more new stuff

Was bad just getting worse

New owners and managers for a wk now.. they aren’t better than the last! Gates are all broken so you can’t exit but anyone can enter, so always homeless people leaving garbage and sitting on community furniture.. never empty dog waste garbage or fill poop bag stations.. a lady died and her son moved in with no lease and won’t leave since March.. so him and his homeless gf live here rent free as we work hard for our money to pay rent… loudannoying dogs always barking … it was great but it seems... like the real paying tenants aren’t valued.. like they would rather it be full or crappy tenants over ones who care and did like the place… many empty units and many people who care and wanted to live here aren’t renewing.. laundry rooms are disgustingly with very dirty gross machines that barely work!! BBQs have no propane so they are just to look at .. pools got gross clouds floating.., one drunk crazy lady lives here always causing problems and passing out on the grounds or in the pool throwing up or urinating every where.. cops take hours to come and we have security that never shows or walks the grounds ..

I have lived here for 8 years. I have seen many problems and changes over the years. Joe and his team are all awesome. Things actually get done and they are always looking for ways to improve the property.
