Do not move here unless you are genuinely desperate. This complex has been reported to the Attorney General's office for unsafe living conditions, discrimination, and deceptive practices. Tenants face unaddressed water leaks, mold, and ignored maintenance requests. The gated community is not secure, and management failed to hire competent security even while cars were actively being broken into then completely removed security all together. They also illegally altered our parking system,... implementing forced monthly fees of nearly $200 for spaces that our signed leases stated were free then stated we should be grateful. Between the daily dog waste across the complex, illegal towing incidents, and predatory hidden fees, management has completely dropped the ball. Their billing department is an absolute shambles. They botched my account ledger for months, only to hit me with a massive financial mess later due to their own incompetence. Do not move here unless you are absolutely desperate, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
