The Water is Frequently Shut Off

The water frequently gets shut off, with very little notice. They say they are fixing a water problem, but it happens repeatedly. Today, they gave us a 5-minute notice—that’s all. I understand that emergencies happen, but this has happened at least 6 times since I’ve been living here. Sometimes the water is turned off for the whole day and into the night.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We completely understand how disruptive and frustrating it is to have your water shut off, especially with only a few minutes' notice.

Because our property is nearly 40 years old, we unfortunately… experience unpredictable breaks in the underground main water line. When we can detect a leak early, our priority is always to give residents as much advance notice as possible. However, when a line ruptures unexpectedly and causes immediate flooding, we have to shut off the water right away to prevent severe damage and begin repairs.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you during your time here, and we appreciate your patience as our team works as quickly as possible to resolve these urgent infrastructure issues.

Quiet and Well Kept

I have been living at Palisades now for 8 months. So far this has been my favorite complex I have lived in. Very quiet neighborhood, great amenities and nice park right across the street. Also the apartments are well renovated before move in, and the overall up keep of the property is excellent. Great value for the price of rent.

German roach infestation

This complex is riddled with German cockroaches, talk to residents before moving in.

Management Rocks!

Everyone complaining on here must be infants and unable to be responsible adults. The place is clean and well managed.
