The Residences on High Street is a great place to live. The staff is professional, responsive, and personable. Many excellent restaurants are within a few minutes walking distance. The Desert Ridge Marketplace Shopping Center is just next door. The Mayo Clinic is less than two miles away providing easy access to world class medical care. Virtually everything one needs is within a few minutes of the Residences.

This is as close to getting an urban lifestyle as you can in Phoenix. Shops, resturants and bars just downstairs. Major shopping center (Desert Ridge) within walking distance.

Great location for food and entertainment but complex has aged and management/ownership don’t seem to be in any hurry to keep up or renovate. Complex can be on the noisy side but units are built solid. Technology is way behind other properties and could use a big upgrade like electronic locks, wifi thermostats, and cameras. I get the feeling Management spends as little as possible to keep property going. Also billing is a little suspect with a lot of hidden charges in month bill.
