Hidden Gem in South Scottsdale

I lived in this building from 2018 to 2024, and loved everything about it. The location right on the park and close to old town, the outdoor area with a sparkling pool and grills, the gated individual garages, the quiet and friendly neighbors, and the relative affordability compared to other apartments in the area. Having only 20-25 units in the building keeps things from feeling crowded and hectic. Only moved out as I was ready to buy a house.

Great location and management

I moved to Phoenix from Florida and was looking for a place to feel comfortable and at home. 77 OTP checked all of my boxes. The location is right on the greenbelt with a disc golf course and running path, the pool is always clean, and neighbors are quiet and friendly. I have had a few minor maintenance issues that were handled within 24 hours with responses within an hour. I have just extended my lease another year because I Love it here so much! Highly recommend for any walks of life,

Great apartment in a great location

We just moved out of our apartment after living here for 2 years. A small community in a perfect location that is tucked away from the high traffic. Tim and his team were amazing! They were quick to respond to any email we sent. We made a request for maintenance to come look at our washer and they showed up the next day with a new washer. We never had to wait for any response from Tim and his team because they were always on top of things! I highly recommend this place!

Great, quiet community!

I have lived in these apartments for well over a year now and we love it!
It’s a small complex with wonderful neighbors.
The complex is on a dead end street so there is minimal traffic.
The park right behind is wonderful and easily accessible to go walk, explore and play!
Would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking.
And the leasing staff is so easy to work with and very communicative!
