Location, Management, Luxury

This place has been a joy to live at. The property Manager Tim is the best in town. He's so kind and communicates so well, the property is so well maintained and the maintenance staff is so prompt and swift. There is not a ton of flashy ameneties but I like it that way, I don't need extra rooftops, or lounge areas and it even has an extra elevated exterior lounge roof area. This place is very quiet and easy going, it feels like condo living as it is a smaller complex overall. There is some noise… at times from the wedding venue across the street but it's never late at night, at least from my perspective. The owners defintiely care about their property and the manager is so great to work with. If I didn't buy a home I'd want to keep living here!

Love calling this place home!

I’ve loved living here the last few years. The location is perfect! It’s walking distance to so much in Old Town. I love being able to walk to civic center park, especially since there are always events going on there. If you like going to spring training games, it’s also really nice being able to just walk across the street for that too!

The units themselves are nice and modern, and have a lot of storage space. And for being so close to the heart of Old Town, it’s actually really quiet. I… don’t even hear my neighbors either.

Tim has also been so great the entire time! He’s always super responsive and helpful. You can tell management really cares about keeping the property well maintained and making sure it’s a good place to live!

Best Apt Complex Ive lived in... By far

Lived in Clayton on 2nd for 2.5 years in 2 different units (moved from 1bd to 2bd). Both units were excellent. The units are spacious and designed well. Most have huge balconies which is ideal in AZ. The whole complex is quiet and respectful with well maintained amenities.

Location cannot be beat, steps away from Giants Spring Training, civic center park, with all of Old Town within walking distance.

Management is exceptional, very easy to get in touch with and quick to help with anything… that comes up.

I recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for an apartment in Scottsdale.

Love this place!

I’ve lived at the Clayton on 2nd for a few months now and love it! The floor plans are super spacious, and the natural light pouring in throughout the day makes the whole space feel warm and inviting. It’s in a prime location—walkable to all the best spots in Old Town, which is a huge plus.
There are so many thoughtful design touches that make a big difference for me like light dimmers in all the rooms which I love. Management has been nothing but responsive and friendly, and maintenance is… always quick and reliable.
Overall, I’ve had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live in Old Town!

Clayton On 2nd

Moving to Scottsdale from out of state I feel so lucky to have found the perfect landing pad. The location is 20 minutes from just about anything I want to do if it's not walkable. The property is well kept, quiet and secure. There's underground parking and I feel every safeguard has been thought of here. I love my enormous balcony. I've had very few issues but the couple of things I've needed help with the management team has been there to fix them at the latest by the next day. I love that I… can walk to grab coffee, pastries, a great sandwich, pretty much anything I need, yet it's still out of the hustle of old town. The park has a beautiful garden to wander through and my dog has made friends there too.
