If pets are brought without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Early check-in or check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, with prior authorization. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. No parties or events are allowed. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found, a fine of $500 will be imposed. Noise monitors are installed in the unit to measure noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Depending on the cleaning schedule, early check-in or check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour with prior authorization. Otherwise, a late check-out fee of $500 will be charged. A laptop computer is not included in the home office set-up.
