I enjoy living here. I’ve been here for almost 2 years now minimal incident. I love the community and very nice to me and my dog. The office personnel are very sweet and accommodating and every maintenance person who has ever come to. My house has been wonderful.

Mixed Experience - Some Pros, But Major Issues
I've lived at this apartment for a while, and my experience has been a mix of highs and lows. On the plus side, the location is very central—close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, which is super convenient. However, being so close to a large homeless population made me feel unsafe at times, especially as a single female.
Unfortunately, I also dealt with some frustrating maintenance issues. When I first moved in, there was a significant delay in getting my fridge fixed, which... caused my food to spoil. On top of that, I've had issues with rats and roaches, which has been a huge concern.
That said, I do feel that management is making an effort to improve the situation. They seem to be working hard to build a stronger sense of community for the tenants, which I appreciate. Overall, while there are some good aspects, the safety concerns and pest problems are hard to overlook.
