How Is This Rating Determined?

Easy to get in/ Hard to get out

The rental process is straightforward, facilitating a smooth transition into the property. However, subsequent issues have arisen, including the presence of roaches and a lack of response to maintenance requests. Boiler and plumbing problems have also been encountered, along with inadequate insulation that impacts energy efficiency. The staff's indifference has further compounded these concerns. Consequently, I intend to relocate as soon as possible.

Not the best apartments but something to start

The A/C started to leak a few days ago and I called to get it fixe they were able to come out the next day and fix it complete and was very fast about the issue. The only issue is that the water/boiler goes out every month or so and takes a while to get it fixed again.

Cold Showers Every Night

I can’t remember when’s the last time I took a hot shower since I moved here. I also can’t remember when’s the last time maintenance fixed our issue or answered our calls. If you like going to bed dirty or living in a slum then I recommend Argenta 100%. Also judging by the past comments made years ago, nothing has changed.

Living in a van down by the river is better.


Don’t live here it’s nasty and roaches everywhere. Every building has a roach problem. They don’t clean the apartments properly and they do not check them as well. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
