Amazing staff and great area

This property manager, Mariah, is the most dedicated individual in this community. The property is situated in a highly active area, with a park within walking distance, as well as a hiking trail and three swimming pool facilities.
I recommend this complex. I have been living in the community for over 3 years and recently renewed my lease.

New management/leasing agents awesome

The property manager, Maria and leasing agent Phoenicia were both very attentive at helping my partner, and I look for a place. I have never felt so comfortable with an apartment process!

My Family loved it!

We lived there for 2 years, and our kids loved it! we loved being by one of the small pools.
Truly we did not want to move out, but our family grew by two!
Perfect apartment for the location and close to EVERYTHING!!

New Staff/great place to live

Honestly, anywhere you go to live there will be issues. The staff and Maintenace team have changed for the better. In my experience, the office does care about the residences. Sure, they may have to play by the rules and regulations and can be strict. Overall, it's a great complex. Minus the rude tenants and some crazy kids running around. If you move here, just stick to yourself and avoid the drama. The OG's that live here are wonderful and very accepting.

Worst apt complex in Scottsdale!

Do not move here! Maintenance is horrible, service is horrible! They just want to collect the rent from you and, they could careless about you or safety and comfort. The other eight five star reviews you see here are management or owner’s family and friends’ works! Don’t let them fool you!
