Great place to live!
Living here has been great! The entire office staff has been amazing! Jasmine, Chuck and Jaime have been so helpful and friendly, and always answer my questions with a smile. And every time I've needed something fixed, Arion is so quick to get it done. And the apartment almost felt brand new when we moved in.

Best Apartments in Gilbert AZ
Once again I would like to share my gratitude to the staff at Serena shores apartments, Chuck, Jaime, and Victor who came over to look at my apartment to make sure my concerns were addressed, Victor is a hard working maintenance man, I hope I have his name right, I cannot say enough of the staff here, these apartments and the area is beautiful and the staff always come through with flying colors, always friendly, on top of stuff. This community is what I call a safe haven. Thank Serena shores... apartments for all you do for your tenants.

Wish we could stay longer!
My husband and I loved living here, and the only reason we’re leaving is because we bought a house! I would’ve loved to stay longer if we hadn’t! The leasing office is polite and professional and always easy to reach and communicate with. Our one bedroom apartment had more square footage than other apartments in this area that were two bedroom, and it was perfect for just us as a couple because we had plenty of room. Very clean unit, quiet neighbors, and we loved having the Amazon Hub for... packages. Right next to Fry’s and a Walmart, and less than a mile from two different gyms if you’re looking for convenience of location. We had zero problems living here and I’d recommend to anyone!!!
