The District at Scottsdale Apartments

I love my new apartment! It’s quiet and already feels like home. One thing I’ve noticed is a strong odor on the 4th floor. I’m not sure if it’s related to the older carpeting, but it’s quite noticeable when walking through the halls.

Additionally, this is not a reflection of the staff at all, but some residents are not picking up after their dogs in the designated dog area. There are often 5–7 large piles left each day, which makes the area unusable for me, so I’ve had to take my dog elsewhere... .

I love living at the district! Kim is always putting on such fun events with amazing attention to detail. She truly makes each event feel special!

I am very happy living here. I have lived here for 3 years and have zero regrets. I would really like a cold brew machine in the lobby though. The coffee machine isn’t good at all and doesn’t make iced coffee.

Wonderful place to live, great location. So many great eateries and stores and live music opportunities right across the street that I seldom drive during the week. The ladies in the management office have been, in my experience, helpful, attentive, and welcoming, and the onsite organizer of community events in the building, Kimberly, does a fabulous job: there's always a monthly event or two, which is a fun way to socialize and for new occupants to meet their neighbors. Move-in day with Margarita was a pleasant experience, and thus far the staff has been very responsive to my concerns. I have met a couple of neighbors that have been very pleasant, and I am happy to be a part of this community.
