This place has already felt like home, super nice workers. The apartment has an incredible view of Tempe town lake and was very clean upon move-in.

After recently moving here, I have nothing but great things to say about the staff who helped me sign the lease. Kody and Juan were so helpful! I do have some issues with noise levels at night and how long it can take for the elevator to come. Other than that i’ve had a pleasant experience.

Everything amazing. So grateful to be live Norte town lake. The people at the leasing office are very kind and gentle, they try to help in every matter, they are friendly, they are all really valuable and very kind.

friendly people. Kaitlyn was fun to work with, she showed me a studio when I was first looking. gave me all the info and was very helpful. i got my keys quick on move in day. they answered any and all questions and help out when needed.
