As a long time residence, I'm very pleased with the new Property Manager (Matt), since he was brought on-board, I've seen many improvements to the property. His management skills in professionalism, communication and eagerness to give the best service is very apparent and appreciated.

Great location and nice communal amenities. Extremely poor turnover between tenants and very slow maintenance team. Over two weeks for any repairs and I have been living without a dishwasher, toilet seats that are not properly attached, a fridge that was wedged into position so forcefully it ripped open the wall and a completely useless laundry room door.
