There is a $10 fee per guest after 5 guests. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee. There is a $75 cleaning fee for any pets, and only small to medium sized dogs are allowed.

No shoes are to be worn inside the home, especially on the carpeted areas. Quiet hours start at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekends, ending at 7am. Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $100 fine. Parties and/or large noisy social gatherings are prohibited, and there is a $250 surcharge for groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. Smoking of any kind is prohibited in the unit, and you will be fined $500 if you violate this policy. A surcharge of $100 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. There is a $50 per hour penalty if you fail to check-out by 10am or by the agreed upon check-out time.
