These apartments are way over priced for what you receive. The units are in poor condition. Mold present and can be smelled continuously. Office personal make promises that are not followed through. They fail to follow written instructions. They charge additional fees to pay your rent. They will hurt your credit score and not help it. They take no responsibility for errors and blame the resident even when their error. Units are borderline habitable.

Very Happy ??
This is the prettiest apt. I've ever lived in! It is a small community which I love, because most everyone knows everyone. The grounds are always beautifully kept, no garbage, gorgeous trees, etc. I'm in a one bedroom and it's huge!! When I first moved in I cried thinking, OMG , this is mine!! ?? I have a big laundry room for the first time, I cried, I have a great pantry, I cried!! I even have a huge patio, I probably cried!? Haha Surprise is a beautiful city, and we are off of Bell Rd. which... has everything you need, even tons of restaurants ( YEAH) We have a small Plaza next to us, PLUS, QT& Circle K!! I have no car so this place is a God send!!! The best part of all , is the Management and Maintenance!! Their always there to help (quickly too)!!! Their also the nicest people you'll ever meet??I love it here!!!

Highly recommended
The apartment managerment is very nice, sweet & caring. Moving from out of state to Az, Sandra, Norman & Judy made the process very easy for our last minute move needed due to a job transfer. We been here a bit over a year now & love it! Honestly best apartment mangement I ever experienced. Maintenance is fast & very knowledgable. Property is clean & overall quiet. I would highly recommend these apartments over many others I lived in. Thank-You Canyon Ridge team for all you guys do to make us... feel like home here. <3

Canyon Ridge ~ My home
100% recommend Canyon Ridge Apartments. They are very clean, quiet and spacious. Office staff is superb and very helpful. Maintenance is quick and professional. Neighbors are friendly. Grounds, pool, spa and work out center are well maintained. I never want to move. I love the floor plan.

I love these apartments ??????
These apartments are by far the best apartment living I have experienced. The staff is great very friendly and always available to out needs. I love that the 2 playgrounds are so close by to keep an eye on the kiddos. I love using the gym every morning for my fasted cardio and it's available 24 hours! I love to soak in the Jacuzzi after my work outs any time as the pool area is also opened 24 hours. My drive to and from work is beautiful i enjoy this area so much. The apartments are very... clean and spacious. It's luxuries living for sure. Planning on staying here for a while good willing. I'm also building my credit since they help you build yoir credit! So I'll be here till I purchase my home.
