They will keep your money

I had to put up a hold deposit on a unit. It took them three weeks to approve me, in the meantime I found another place because I gave notice and had to move. They kept my $255.50 deposit. With inflation who has $255 to just give away? I know I don't. They said because I didn't cancel within 72 hours of applying. I'm contacting their corporate office and file a complaint.

Don't move here.

The service is bad. They are rude. All they want is money, if you can find another place to live DON'T CHOOSE THESE APARTMENTS, save yourselves.

Recent Move-In, Great Experience!

We recently moved in here and anytime we've needed to call maintenance, they've been quick and professional; usually the same day. The front office hosts fun days every so often, which are nice, and keep things interesting. Thanks!

Signed for a third year??

I’ve lived here for two years, and just recently signed up for a third. The office staff and maintenance crew are fantastic. Always willing to help, always willing to give you a smile. They have fun Fridays, and random resident appreciation days which is perfect for a working mom like me, because it allows me to actually sit down and have a hot meal with my family. The apartments are spacious, and with 5 growing kids (3 all week and then the other two on the weekends) it’s definitely… appreciated. The residents are nice and the complex is very quiet and well cleaned. You can tell the company appreciates a clean and welcoming community.
