Ranchwood Apartments

I had to put up a hold deposit on a unit. It took them three weeks to approve me, in the meantime I found another place because I gave notice and had to move. They kept my $255.50 deposit. With inflation who has $255 to just give away? I know I don't. They said because I didn't cancel within 72 hours of applying. I'm contacting their corporate office and file a complaint.

The service is bad. They are rude. All they want is money, if you can find another place to live DON'T CHOOSE THESE APARTMENTS, save yourselves.

Love living here. The staff and maintenance team are awesome. Ranchwood does alot for their community.

We recently moved in here and anytime we've needed to call maintenance, they've been quick and professional; usually the same day. The front office hosts fun days every so often, which are nice, and keep things interesting. Thanks!

I’ve lived here for two years, and just recently signed up for a third. The office staff and maintenance crew are fantastic. Always willing to help, always willing to give you a smile. They have fun Fridays, and random resident appreciation days which is perfect for a working mom like me, because it allows me to actually sit down and have a hot meal with my family. The apartments are spacious, and with 5 growing kids (3 all week and then the other two on the weekends) it’s definitely... appreciated.
