If a party is detected, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property without refunds. Smoking is prohibited on this property, including balconies and around the building. A fine of $500 will be imposed for any signs of smoking. Noise monitors are installed to measure noise levels in decibels, and tampering with them will incur a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, subject to availability.
