Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and no unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found, a fine of $500 will be imposed. Noise monitors are installed in the unit, and tampering with them will incur a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security purposes.
