Trash

Hidden fees, Unprompted rent raise, slow maintenance response time. There’s a concession FEE on my rent for this month. Look it up. Not even a real thing.

Love it here!

There have been a lot of changes lately but Megan and Chelsea have been awesome. My apartment has a washer and dryer and it’s close to every thing.

New Management

I've been here for about a year and it has been alright. Well until the new management came and basically destroyed this place. It is a nightmare living here now. MODE living is clearly not capable of properly and efficiently managing properties. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. There are roaches and rats in the parking lot at night, and there was throw up in the parking lot for over a month. I have had multiple conversations with neighbors regarding their vehicles being broken into.... They keep saying that they have maintenance on site 3-4 times a week but I haven't seen them, even one time. I would give zero stars if I could. The one star is for the location. Mill/Broadway is a convenient place to be.

Do NOT live here.

Mentioned in previous review management here is the WORST. All communication is unprofessional and demissive. The units are nice and the property is okay, but if I would have known how poor the management was going to be I 100% would have lived somewhere else.
