Management is on top of everything ! Maintenance is quick and keeps you updated in the process. One thing I really like here is that sometimes I'm not always able to pay on time and the front office will work with you and let you choose what day YOU will have the rest of your rent and have you sign a promise to pay w late fees added of course but they make you sign a promise to pay and as long as you pay the day you promised to pay or before that day comes you are good ???? it's awesome !! THEY... WORK W YOU not against you !! I love it here !!

EXCELLENT STAFF!!!!

Brenda the Property Manager and Javier Maintenance always go above and beyond to meet needs of residents. They are friendly, respectful and truly care about this community all issues are addressed and completed in a timely manner. Monthly events are provided for residents which is always an extra bonus!!!

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!!

SO BAD EXPERIENCE IN THIS PROPERTY

After living for 2 years 1/2 all I can say is the worst place to live. Really bad experience with everything in the property and not a safe place like the advertising says.
Read specifically the contract, they will add extra charges like we had when we move out,
