Eastridge Apartments

This place is awesome I lived here for a year and I will be back in November when my roommate's lease is up. Everyone in the front office is absolutely wonderful. Casey who helped me with everything was absolutely wonderful. Maintenance people are great. I would absolutely recommend this place. Like I said I lived here for a year and will be moving back in November.

I have lived here for about 5.5 years and I love it here. The front desk is helpful, especially Lisa. The maintenance crew are always on point, especially Ryan and Austin. The location is tucked away behind the Sprouts shopping plaza. You can walk to a array of stores, restaurants, coffee shops & convenience stores. It's close to all major freeways. The grounds are well kept. & Eventhough there has been a shortage of staff to keep up with the laundry room, they still find a way to find a temp… service to keep it clean. They also have little perks like free movie rental, renting out the guest house, free popcorn, & if you have a guest coming in from out of town you can rent one of the apartments for a small daily fee. Eastridge Apartments provide a great small community to live in. This is hidden gem located in a prime location that allows one to get around the greater Phoenix city in 15-30 minutes. In addition, everything a person needs is within walking distance (originally why I moved here). The grounds are well maintained, as is the property itself: lots of grass, super dog friendly, clean, and tenants are allowed to keep stuff outside, but tenants keep such cleaned up and maintained. I have lived here… more than ten years and here’s the major thing: I am NOT alone. There are a handful of us that have been here this long and more. There have been others as well and they also moved only because of life circumstance: as a long-term resident I can say none of “long termers” leave because of negative anything, it is because of a number of reasons. I will speak for all of us and say we love living at Eastridge. This is a safe environment, well kept, incredible staff available to always help, clean environment, grounds upkeep fabulous! In all these years Eastridge is consistent with fabulous staff (again staff either promotes or the part-timers finish their education and get a job in the field they studied for), fixing anything broke in my apartment, friendliness, accepting packages, and even helping when I my moving opportunity came. Lastly the community is a diverse mix of folks. Single people, families, couples, younger, older: and yes there are times when the pool is a bit loud (we are close to ASU and have some younger people), but it is always on weekends and never until terrible hours of the night. This is not a loud party complex. It is a home where kids play in the courtyard, families and friends grill out and enjoy the pool, dogs are welcome and your cat can hang out safely outside. Most people are a friendly hello, not in your business yet neighborly. Staff are always timely in fixing things whether it be in my apartment or on site (laundry, pool). The owner actually makes sure things are constantly being updated (sidewalk, fencing, pool being resurfaced, new laundry machines, etc.). Don’t dismiss this place: stop by. I lived here for a year, but am having to relocate due to work. If I could take Eastridge Apts. with me I would. Super convenient location, great staff, and extremely quiet place. My only complaint is that there is *always* some sort of maintenance going on in the complex, but given the price of rent, I can't really even consider that too big of an issue. I would definitely recommend this place.
