I have lived here 2 plus years. Patricia is the manager. She is the only reason I give 5 stars and the only reason I renewed. People leave here because maintenance is terrible. They have new maintenance staff but they are always sitting by the back doing nothing and new office staff two gentleman could care less about any concern you have and rude right when you walk in. The community is quiet and nice. Great location.

Love my new apartment. It's so clean and the kitchen, flooring & bathroom is all updated and very clean!

Greediest management ever! Tow trucks are waiting almost every night to tow cars when no one is around. Management are just finally getting settled in but a month before they even fully took over they made it effective immediately to tow any car parked backwards. Only reason to do this is for greed. Such a pain to remember any time company comes over to tell them how to park. Had a few times already where guests have been towed for parking backwards. I have been through 8 managements over 3... different apartments in my life and this one is the greediest by far. Also the new covered parking spots they have still are not finished and they got rid of 50% of the free parking in the community to charge for more parking spots. And there is still asphalt and dirt filled holes in the road that have not been fixed up around there for weeks now. Terrible place. Read More
