    Not worth the headache - Find a new spot

    If I could leave a zero star I would. On the surface everything looks great, but management has absolutely no clue what they are doing. All parking is assigned even uncovered spots unlike every other apartment on the planet so there is ZERO guest parking to which management doesn't see an issue with. AND you have to pay for your parking spot even if it's uncovered. Paying to upgrade to covered or a garage is fine but for uncovered?? The pool is nice but to use the TV's you have to checkout a… remote with the office and if you want to do so on Sunday's then try again cause they are closed on Sunday's. The gate at the entrance is broken more often than it is working. The package concierge is broken more often than it isn't and if you are unlucky enough to have a package in there when it is broken you are charged for not picking it up. They encourage a towing company to come in and tow anyone not in their assigned spot even if no one reported the car.

    Management is not interested in feedback to improve the community. They will say they've been doing this for 25 years in the most smug way they can and tell you to deal with it.

    Just stay away it is not worth it.
