Unpleasant

Rude and unprofessional staff.
Loud kids run around at all hours.
Loud fire station sirens.
Smelly slaughter house and loud beeping trucks next door.
No sidewalks on main road outside complex.
Dumpsters usually spilling over and hobos rummage through it.
Reckless drivers in the parking lot.
Underperforming schools in the area.
Can’t use fitness center because it’s only open during front office business hours.
Front office only open on weekdays.
Frequent water shut off episodes and… apartment inspections.
Paper thin walls.
Only advantage is cheap prices - and even then I can’t say it’s worth it.

My first apartment

This is my first apatment and I love everything about it. The nice big closets, the rooms are very spacious. The living room is also big and as soon as you walk in you feel right at home.

Rockstars

this was my first apartment on my own... I had applied else where and the others gave me so much hassle just to turn me down the day I needed to be out of my old place into a new i was told I was pretty much approved up until the day it was time for me to leave my old place basically I got the run around from the other apartments.. I then stopped in to Copper Cove apartments and I was welcomed immediately they worked with me to get the correct paper work I needed and everything even to this day… they have been the best by far to accommodate to their renters always prompt and efficient no matter the issue they always are right there when you need them even if it's just to sit and talk ;) I love this place they are amazing I would recommend this place to everyone try them their Rockstars !!!!...#teamcoppercove
