I have lived at broadmoor for two years. There are a lot of bugs and the service is so bad. I have asked them to fix broken blinds, they never send some one to fix it. They increase the rent when you renew the lease.

Real talk: These apartments are old and noisy. The walls are paper thin. I regularly can hear my neighbor's urine hitting the bowl. I can hear him cough in the morning. I can hear the lyrics to the music another neighbor is listening to LOUDLY. If peace, quiet and privacy are your concerns: look somewhere else. This place is old and there is little if any insulation between the units. My unit often smells of cigarette smoke (I assume from a neighbor smoking indoors, gross!), other times it reaks... of someone's dinner. The cabinets are falling apart from decades of water damage and the appliances are ancient (oven was last produced in the 1980's and was covered in a thick layer of yellowed oil when I moved in). The shower tiles are missing patches of grout between and there's black mold growing that just doesn't go away no matter how much or which cleaner I use. Recently someone has broken into our laundry room and stolen the security cameras off the walls, robbed peoples' balconies/patios and made a huge mess of the garbage/dumpsters.
Whatever these apartments used to be, they aren't nice. Can't wait for my lease to be over as I no longer feel safe and am looking forward to having an oven that works. Sorry, Steve!

I've lived at Broadmoor apartments for over 15 years. The community where Broadmoor is located is a great place to raise your children. There's a elementary school across the street, Parks , and several shopping centers. Also, close to the university of Arizona which is great for our student residence. Since I've lived here I've made great relationships with our manager Steve and neighbors. Everyone is very friendly and respectful. Steve our manager is always keeping up with our pool and... maintenance. If your looking for a place with a great location , friendly neighbors, a helpful manager, in a safe environment. Broodmoor is the place to live.

This apartment is a perfectly centrally located in the heart of Tucson. It is close to the U of A, has a great Manager. I love my apartment!!!
