How Is This Rating Determined?

You get what you pay for

Like the title suggests you get what you pay for which is very little amenities besides covered parking the units smell old and dusty enjoy the single pane windows which allow you to feel as if your living outside and the car wash next door which is open 24/7 with people blasting there stereos at full volume at all hours of the night my suggestion if you are a light sleeper is do not move here.

Great place to live

I recently moved into Country Club North apartments. The area is nice, close to winter haven, and a short distance from grocery stores and the university. The units are nice, decently roomy, with nice tile. The pool area is small, but perfect for a small community as such. There is covered parking which is helpful in the summer, and beautiful foliage throughout the complex. It's a small, adorable community and the folks here are friendly so far.
