GREAT PLACE AND AMAZING PRICES

This apartment community is great! I have lived here for a year and a half, it has been great! The maintenance here is quick to help with my concerns, they are addressed quickly or scheduled to fit my schedule. The office is really great and made the application process so easy, it is online. They helped me apply in the office with them and I was so appreciative of the help. The overall community is very clean and well kept, my neighbors are very friendly. This whole experience has been so great… from office staff to maintenance and my neighbors.

For the area this apartment has been solid all around. Management is courteous and timely, maintenance goes above and beyond and takes care of tenants.

Great price and excellent location

I have been living here for 3 years already, I am very happy with my apartment, maintenance is always quick to respond. The rent has gone up throughout the years but I have looked around and it is one of the best prices in town. I recommend living here, I live in a two bedroom apartment upstairs and I love the high ceilings.

Awesome place

I just had a tour here the leasing agent was friendly And very informative. I will definitely be coming back to rent just because of her attitude and over all energy.

This place and the office staff sucks

Office staff is rude AF. They are dismissive when you go to them with a problem, ignore you when you walk in the door until you say excuse me, parking lot is full of garbage and potholes and people without a placard or license plate park in the handicap spots. I'll be so glad when my lease is up. This place is a dump and so is the useless manager.
