Great People and Super looking property.

I stopped in there to check on availability and met Lisa and Susan they were nice and very helpful. I am on a waiting list for a ground floor apartment. The property looks great,I would recomend the property to anyone who is looking for a nice place to live.

Awesome Community

Awesome Community. Juan is an awesome manger!!! I have been living here for going in three years and I have had an amazing experience. Maintenance comes when directed, any problem I had, there was always a satisfied solution. Also , pull area is always clean. The pool , laundry room are always being taken care of daily or every other day . Every Monday or every other Monday we have people who come clean up the area and cut the trees, grass etc. I can’t complain at all.

Stay Away from Sunflower Apartments

The management here at Sunflower Apartments only care about renting the apartment, once you sign you are of no importance to them. The noise is out of control and the maintenance issues are never resolved. The office is never open, half an hour lunches turn into hour long absences from the office. The office seems to be closed more often than it is open. The new leasing agent will tell you anything you want to hear just to get you out of the office so she can continue to browse the web on… the weekends.
