Pretty Nice
This is my second time living here and it has improved so much. There is a new manager who is very nice and fixes problems fast. We all just got free HD satellite TV to go with the free WiFi. Just got new washers and dryers too. The neighborhood isn't the best but there is surveillance on the property so that helps a lot I think.
Hard to beat for the price.

Kachina Courts Apartments
I live in a studio apartment on 29th street. It's a very nice place in a not so nice part of town. The complex is very well maintained with a pool. There is also three picnic areas where u can grill an have a great time outside. There is plenty of trees so it's very shady and brings the temperature down on the hot sunny days. On top of all that the manager is very nice and makes getting settled in very easy.

Horrible
My landlord is always behind with tenants and there maintenance problems. The landlord does live on property but he chooses the tenants he likes to hangout with. When some tenants are drinking at the Ramadas during the week he will drink with them. He will have certain tenants clean his apartment and he will pay them. The landlord does talk some tenants down and calls certain tenants disrespectful names behind there backs. When the landlord goes for lunch instead of an hour it turns into two... hours.
