absolutely NOT recommend. My section 8 apartment was nicer than this place and if I could post pictures you would see why. Now they are raising rent without even a 30 day notice now as well, the washers and dryers only work sometimes, the pool is never clean, the apartments they claim are "upgraded" are not. These apartments do not have proper roofing. when you go look, take a notice. only a few buildings have shingles. Wanna know what my electric bill is like because they won't fix it? Almost... $250/month. I could continue but also before you move in check your appliances and look for the brand new sticker because they won't have one. they'll tell you the appliances are brand new but if you look closely they're just cleaned. and most of them have a sticker that is extremely faded because they're so old. You literally have to be careful cleaning because the walls start to fall apart. The bugs are bad but they will try to charge you to have them spray. Nothing is ever their fault and they don't finish fixing anything at all. And be careful with any repairs you call in because if they can find a way to charge you for it they will tack it onto your rent. Read More

I have lived here for almost two years now, and am glad to see that management has remained the same, as before we went through quite a few management companies. S.B. Ventures 1 is upgrading units, and has resolved all of my concerns and wants in a reasonable amount of time. There is always room for growth and improvement, this company seems to be tackling both of these head on! Rent is reasonable, and we are gated!
