horrible place to live
Management has horrible communication. Water is constantly being shut off in the entire complex due to “emergencies” so you’re lucky if you get a 30 minute notice. Water shut offs can be hours long with zero communication updates about when it is expected to turn on. They are very quick to communicate nonissues like sidewalk chalk, but every thing else that matters, it’s crickets from them. They are trying desperately to get people to move in and get current residents to stay, but it is NOT... worth the hassle. Search elsewhere you will be better off!
