Doesn’t even deserve a star.
Where do I begin? I lived here for 1 year and 4 months before the Tucson fire department said it was no longer safe. Our ceilings were caving in from a water leak upstairs that maintenance couldn’t fix, we had broken plumbing in our unit for 6 months , a severe fly infestation due to the broken bathroom pipes, had a 3rd party plumber walk into my apartment and see me in nothing but a bath towel after my shower, he was unaccompanied by management. He didn’t even... leave at that point he went to work in my kitchen sink! I notified management they didn’t seem to care. I spent a week without hot water and heat in our apartment when here was a major gas leak that required the gas company to bring in construction vehicles at 2 am to dig and drill to shut off the gas. Fought with mgmt to get space heaters and a key to another unit just to shower that week. Was billed a $90 gas bill due to the leak and was told by the manager, “Angie” that everyone was billed extra because of it. Maintenance tried twice to fix the broken plumbing in our bathroom but couldn’t and the wall and floor grew mold. Apartments were being sold to a different company and all maintenance stopped. All the grass does except for the tenants who were watering their front areas and the pools were filthy. I called the health department and they closed both pools and ended up burying the front pool because it was so bad. Management didn’t care about anything except when my rent was getting paid. They say they are renovating, too bad that doesn’t include fixing the real issues that should be condemned! Don’t rent here!!!! Read More
