Pebble Creek Apartments

Living here was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. During the application process the front office actually answered the phone and responded to our emails and were very pleasant. However, after moving in we realized that there is hardly ever anyone in the office despite the posted hours. They don’t respond to emails or work orders, and now won’t answer the phone concerning our question about our security deposit we were supposed to get back a month ago.

During our one long year here we… had problems with ants that never got fixed, we were surrounded by neighbors who were loud and blaring music through out the night, and my wife had her car stolen and my car was broken in to. We also had three different neighbors during our time here, two of which were evicted, and that was literally just right next to us. If you want the truth here it is... Do not let the looks blind you this place is no amazing find. Moved in 6 months ago and I am counting the days, the day my lease is up, I am out. In 6 months It's gone from a nice place to live all the way down to get me the heck out. Management sucks!! This new manager doesn't seem to smart. Works orders don't waste your time they never get done. I am tired of asking to be ignored so tick tok I wish this clock would hurry up only 6 more months UGH

I have to say this is the best place in Tucson hands down. I have a pool view and the pool is amazing!! Love the landscape and great parking. I have lived in 8 apartments in 8 years so I am an expert with apartment living!! Amazing management that really cares about the residents. This is my new home, not moving this time.

For my wife and I this 2 bedroom 2 floor apt is ideal. The property is well maintained with exception of exterior night lights. It gets kind of dark. Maintenance will come usually within 24 hours but can not address issues that were not a u theorized by management. Management on site is lacking and seems to be a different young lady every month. When moved in 1 1/2 yrs ago the on site manager promised they would repair the broken cement patio but was never done.
In addition the handicapped… parking is never enforced and as a senior with some limitations this is a problem. Additionally most neighbors seem to be young people and they feel they do not need to observe handicapped parking. I wish management were more attentive. Read More
