The community itself is clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The amenities are fantastic and make living here even more enjoyable. Everything is kept in great condition, and it’s obvious that the management team takes pride in the property.

The one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is the perfect size for one or two people. The layout is spacious, comfortable, and makes great use of the space. One of my favorite features is that the apartment comes equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, including modern appliances, making it easy to move in and start living without worrying about buying major kitchen essentials.

As a college student, I also really appreciate that Sandstone offers a 10% student discount, which helps make living here much more affordable. It’s an amazing benefit for students looking for quality housing without sacrificing comfort or convenience.

I've live there for 3 years, it was happy living there before. Now it is a nightmare living there, they shut off water every week for hours, they do landscaping in the early morning, so no one can sleep well. If anything is not working in the apartment, they ask you to call technicians to come in to fix problem, they do not do their jobs.

This is a good place to live. I feel safe around the gated community. The maintenance gets the job done right away and do a good job keeping the area neat. It's a very quiet peaceful place! I recommend these apartments to my friends all of the time!
