The Woods Apartments at Midvale Park

I moved into my apartment in 2022 after truly becoming homeless after my first month of transition from Indiana for work. The VA help me locate a temporary place. So, one of the workers told me about the apartments they were staying. I thought they were just going to be a stepping stone. I signed an 8 month lease in February of 2022. But the all the staff from Office and Maintenance are amazing people. I am a veteran that doesn't really go out much but they make you feel like you are very... important to them. They interact with the tenants and you actually feel like this is a place you want to stay for awhile. The different activities and upkeep of the property lets you know they care for more than just your rent money. Since I've been here have seen many improvements to the property. Including the installation of gates and fencing. AWESOME place to stay for long-term or as a place until you are ready to buy your own home. If I could give them more than 5 Stars I would. I moved in a few months ago and have not had any issues with the tenants. Nice quiet area. Clean apartments. Management is very cordial and eager to help if needed. I did have a small issue with one of the appliances and management quickly took care of it. Never got this type of attention from management at my previous rental. Two thumbs up to the management. Keep up the good work.

Living at the Woods Apartments is like living with a giant family. the residents in the complex are all very diverse, different ages, races, jobs, income, and backgrounds; but that is what makes this place so great! With a variety of people to meet it is easy to make new friends and hear new stories. Whether it is relaxing by the pool, walking your dogs in the pet area or doing laundry in the large, clean, and well kept laundry rooms there is always a way to meet new friends.
the staff is so... friendly, many of them love living here in the complex themselves so it is easy to show prospective residents why they would love it here to. the maintenance people are so awesome, they love to tell jokes, ask how you are doing and just try to make everyone smile, they genuinely care about the residence. my dog has gotten loose recently, I was extremely worried he would run into the street and get hit by a car. one of the maintenance men seen me looking for alfred my dog and asked if I needed help, he radioed to the other staff and before I knew it there were about 5 guys looking for my dog, he was returned quickly and safe.
not only are the people in the Woods Apartments fantastic but the facilities are great as well! in the hot desert of Tucson green grass is not something we see very often; but here at the Woods we have green grass all year round, accompanied by beautiful trees and bushes. the apartments themselves are beautiful and spacious. each apartment is well maintained. I love my two bedroom apartment, there is space for me and my roommate and two dogs to all have our own space plus some, unlike other apartments we considered moving into. Right off I-19 in valencia, the south west side of Tucson, the complex is also very close to shopping centers, fast food, and anything else someone might need. it's even within walking distance to those things, which is saying a lot considering it's HOT in the summers!
I lived in the Woods Apartments when I was little when I first moved to Arizona, when my parents decided to move out I was sad leaving friends behind, but now that it was my time to get my first apartment, OF COURSE I chose the Woods Apartments to live. This Complex is great, has a large landscape, has about two pool & spa areas, a gym and a club house, about 3 laundry mats, its a good place for kids and pet owners a nice neighborhood, the staff here are very nice and helpful, these staff would get right on things that need to be delta with, security is very protective over the complex area, residents who work get 5% discount off their rent and if they refer to a friend they get $100 dollars off rent, The Woods Apartment is a very nice place to... live at come and check it out. The Woods has great customer service and the staff is very attentive to my needs. I have been a very satisfied customer for 14 years! I would recommend this community to anyone!!!
